Delivery to the UK
Orders £40 & over - We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £40 or more. This is automatically deducted at the checkout.
Orders under £40 - Our standard delivery charge is £4.00 and we will deliver your goods by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed within 7 working days between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday as standard, and also Sunday for eligible postcodes. A signature will be required upon receipt of goods. If you opt for your parcel to be left in a safe place, Victoria Green is not liable for any loss/damage to your parcel.
Need it sooner? - Our express delivery charge is £7.50 and we will deliver your goods by DHL in 1-2 working days, Mon-Sat on all orders placed before midday on a working day Mon-Fri.
Personalised Beauty Bags - when personalisation is selected on any products, the shipping time on all services (including express delivery) is + 5 days.
Strike Action - We monitor strike action by Royal Mail very closely and would like to reassure our customers that we have contingencies in place to ensure there will be no delays to our deliveries in the event of strike action.

Orders €25 & over - We are pleased to offer FREE duty paid, standard delivery to the all countries in the EU when you spend €45 or more. This is automatically deducted at the checkout. Your order will be delivered duty paid 10 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.
Orders under €40 - Our duty paid priority delivery charge is €6.00 and we will deliver your goods duty paid within 10 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.
