DELIVERY TO THE UK

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £40 or more. This is automatically applied at the checkout.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.00 and we will dispatch your goods by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Signed. Receipt is typically within 2-3 working days, Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm. However, please allow up to 7 working days during busier times.

Our Express delivery charge is £7.50 and we will deliver your goods by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Signed. Items are typically delivered the following working day, provided the orders are placed before midday on a working day (Monday–Friday).

Seasonal pressures may impact Royal Mail delivery times. Please plan accordingly.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Orders €45 & over - We offer FREE tracked delivery to the all countries in the EU when you spend €45 or more. This is automatically deducted at the checkout. Your order will be delivered within 7 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.

Orders under €45 - Our delivery charge is €6.00 and we will deliver your goods within 15 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.

Please be aware that Victoria Green does not hold an IOSS number. Local customs will contact you directly to arrange payment of any import duties and local taxes before your order can be delivered.

Perfectly handy

I wanted a large wash bag my daughter could use at uni in the shared showers, this is perfect, it fitted all the toiletries she needed to take with her and now she’s there she can easily carry the ones she needs and hang it on the shower cubicle rather than leave on the floor. She even zips her clean knickers in a pocket to keep them dry while showering apparently ! It took sometime searching online to find this but I am so glad I did

Outstanding

Outstanding customer service and I love the bag! Bought the Emma 3-in-1 hanging wash bag some months ago and had it delivered to a friend because I don’t live in the UK. When I finally collected it one of the snaps was broken. They went out of their way to replace it quickly as we were flying out soon. Love the bag and service so much I bought another matching piece. Goodbye ziploc bags! Easily holds 2 weeks worth for me. Only small criticism is that the top pocket can’t hold much as it has to fold over to snap.

Perfect size toiletry bag.

I ordered a replacement toiletry bag the exact same as the one I purchased from you years ago. It holds everything I need for my holidays and I love the two elasticated compartments inside and the outer side zipped pocket. I like the fact that it is waterproof inside and out.
