DELIVERY TO THE UK

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £40 or more. This is automatically applied at the checkout.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.00 and we will dispatch your goods by Royal Mail  Tracked 48 and Signed. Receipt is typically within 2-3 working days, Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm. However, please allow up to 7 working days during busier times.

Our Express delivery charge is £7.50 and we will deliver your goods by DHL the next working day Mon-Fri on all orders placed before midday on a working day Mon-Fri.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Orders €45 & over - We are pleased to offer FREE duty paid, standard delivery to the all countries in the EU when you spend €45 or more. This is automatically deducted at the checkout. Your order will be delivered duty paid 7 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.

Orders under €45 - Our duty paid priority delivery charge is €6.00 and we will deliver your goods duty paid within 15 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.

Outstanding customer service and I love the bag! Bought the Emma 3-in-1 hanging wash bag some months ago and had it delivered to a friend because I don’t live in the UK. When I finally collected it one of the snaps was broken. They went out of their way to replace it quickly as we were flying out soon. Love the bag and service so much I bought another matching piece. Goodbye ziploc bags! Easily holds 2 weeks worth for me. Only small criticism is that the top pocket can’t hold much as it has to fold over to snap.

So disappointed

I had high hopes for this bag. I was buying it to replace one I’d had for 10 years that has been all over the world with me. It looked very much the same & given the price of it I was hoping it would be even better. Whilst it looks lovely the actual capacity is very small & you can’t fit a lot into it before it won’t fold up. I would have returned it but as I was about to go away, I was stuck between a rock & a hard place. Although it is your largest bag I would say it is only suitable for a weekend break, certainly not a longer holiday.
