Any orders placed between 1st November and 24th December 2023 can be returned up until the 30th January 2024 as an extension to the policy below.

In the unlikely event that you're not 100% happy with your product, we are happy to offer and EASY and FREE returns service for all customers.



Contact quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

We will email a pre-paid returns label within 2 working days of your email. Please print this label and affix securely to the outside of the packaging and take to your local Post Office or drop off point. Ensure your order number is inside the box.

Don't forget to obtain proof of posting!

Once we have processed your return we will either offer a full refund for the goods or a replacement product within 10 working days of the product being received at the warehouse.


Our policy lasts 30 days from when the item was dispatched.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return we require your order number.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after the dispatch date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at the price at which you bought the product.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products but if your item is faulty please email quoting your order number and a photograph of the fault if possible. Sometimes we require you to send back the product, in which case we will provide you with a free returns label. Once we have established the nature of the fault we will either organise a refund or replace the item free of charge.
