Why is my delivery taking longer than usual?
For our standard delivery we use a tracked and signed service from Royal Mail. Rest assured our highly efficient warehouse team fulfil every order the next working morning. If it has taken longer than 10 working days, please get in touch on the live chat, or by emailing studio@victoriagreen.co.uk.
Why can't I see any updates on the Royal Mail tracking page?
Sometimes there are delays at Royal Mail booking some parcels into their system, which means there is not necessarily any further information on the tracking page. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you're worried about your order arriving on time, either on the live chat, or by emailing studio@victoriagreen.co.uk
What if I need my order to arrive quickly?
Our express service costs £7.50 and can be delivered next day by DHL if the order is placed before midday Monday - Friday.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
