Delivery Information

DELIVERY TO THE UK

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK when you spend £50 or more. This is automatically applied at the checkout.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.00 and we will dispatch your goods by Royal Mail  Tracked 48 and Signed. Receipt is typically within 2-3 working days, Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm. However, please allow up to 7 working days during busier times.

Our Express delivery charge is £7.50 and we will deliver your goods by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Signed. Items are typically delivered the following working day, provided the orders are placed before midday on a working day (Monday–Friday).

Seasonal pressures may impact Royal Mail delivery times. Please plan accordingly. 

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Orders €55 & over - We offer FREE tracked delivery to the all countries in the EU when you spend €55 or more. This is automatically deducted at the checkout. Your order will be delivered within 7 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm.

Orders under €55 - Our delivery charge is €10.00 and we will deliver your goods within 15 working days Mon-Fri, between 8am and 6pm. 

Please be aware that Victoria Green does not hold an IOSS number. Local customs will contact you directly to arrange payment of any import duties and local taxes before your order can be delivered.

Clean & Conscious Ingredients 🕯️

Made from eco soy wax with a cotton wick, our candle offers a slower, cleaner burn with reduced soot and indoor air pollution than paraffin wax. Soy wax is vegetable oil-based, made from a renewable source and naturally biodegradable.

Beautifully Scented 👃🏻

Made with 7% fragrance oil, this candle offers a fresh, zesty verbena scent with bright citrus notes, creating a clean and uplifting atmosphere. The cheerful lemon detail adds the perfect finishing touch to its fresh, citrus-inspired design. 🍋

Safety & Standards ⚠️

This candle meets rigorous standards for fire safety (BS EN 15493:2019) and product labelling (BS EN 15494:2019), so you can enjoy with peace of mind.

Always remove all packaging before lighting. Place the candle on a plate or suitable heat-resistant surface. As the candle burns, the flame gradually creates a pool of melted wax inside, leaving a protective wax edge around the outside. This creates a beautiful lantern effect, with the light glowing through the centre of the candle.

Never leave a burning candle unattended and follow the safety instructions on the underside of the product.
