Returns
At Victoria Green We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you're not 100% happy or change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a refund.
Please note that we are unable to accept return of personalised items.
RETURNS POLICY
Contact studio@victoriagreen.co.uk quoting your order number, the reason for your return and the item(s) you are returning.
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel.
For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Once your return is received, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 working days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include items returned in a used or damaged condition, or with missing parts. Also products returned more than 30 days after the dispatch date.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, and if it's approved, your refund will be processed automatically. A credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, start by checking your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear. You may also want to reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at studio@victoriagreen.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
Sale items
Sale items will be refunded at the price at which you bought the product.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at studio@victoriagreen.co.uk
Faulty Items
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products but if your item is faulty please email studio@victoriagreen.co.uk quoting your order number and including a photograph of the fault if possible. Sometimes we require you to send back the product, in which case we will provide you with a free returns label. Once we have established the nature of the fault we will either organise a refund or replace the item free of charge.
